The 2 mother-of-pearl spoons included allow a tasting shared among several guests. For a truly refined service, complete it with a caviar set for 125 g and above (sold separately). Ideal for couples wishing to share a grand occasion, or for corporate gifts with a higher budget.

Which caviar should you choose among the 3 options?
For a classic, accessible tasting, opt for the Baeri Tradition (a balanced profile, pleasing to every palate). For a more aromatic and complex dimension, the Oscietra Supérieur (hazelnut notes). For an exceptional occasion and a connoisseur recipient, the Beluga remains the undisputed choice. If in doubt, the Baeri Tradition is our first recommendation for the 125 g format.
How many people does the 125 g format serve?
For a tasting on its own (a spoonful on the back of the hand), 125 g suits 6 to 10 people (15 to 20 g per guest). At a cocktail dinner with blinis, up to 12 people (10 g per guest as canapés). For the grandest occasions, several 125 g tins can be served in parallel in dedicated sets.
Why 2 spoons and not 6?
The 2 spoons are included as a basic complement, enough for service by 2 guests or to add a thoughtful touch for the recipient. For a reception with more guests, complete it with our Set of 6 Mother-of-Pearl Spoons (sold separately). This modularity lets you tailor the set to the recipient's precise circumstances.
