Caviar House Brut Champagne

Caviar House Brut Champagne is our signature cuvée, designed specifically to accompany our range of caviars, smoked salmon and seafood products. Crafted by Maison Lombard, an independent family house of the Champagne region (Épernay), this cuvée expresses our vision of the wine-and-product pairing: a champagne that extends without masking, that enhances without dominating.

Its aromatic profile is marked by minerality, liveliness and length on the palate. These qualities, particularly suited to tasting caviar, work through contrast and enhancement: the minerality extends the briny note of the pearls, the liveliness cleanses the palate between mouthfuls, and the length prolongs the aromatic experience.

Ideal for aperitifs with caviar, smoked salmon starters, or as the main accompaniment to a meal.

Caviar House Finest Caviar Beluga 125 g
Caviar House : 125 g

Finest Caviar Beluga is one of the most iconic caviars in our range. A true benchmark far beyond gastronomy; it even appears in the James Bond films. It is harvested from the Huso Huso sturgeon, one of the largest and most ancient fish in the world. This fish can reach up to five metres in length and weigh up to a tonne. Its remarkably generous pearls take on a pale grey, almost pearly hue. Its very creamy texture then reveals delicate buttery notes and a touch of hazelnut on the finish. Between power and delicacy, this aromatic density marks the unique character of Beluga. Tasting the caviar on its own, with a mother-of-pearl spoon or "a la royale" on the palm of the hand, remains the finest way to appreciate its full aromatic richness. To extend the experience, champagne reveals the most subtle notes of Beluga, like a flavour enhancer; served ice-cold, Beluga vodka also makes a historic pairing.
